We want homeowners who contact Brooklynoregon Pest Control to be treated fairly and honestly. If something went wrong, tell us. This page shows how to file a complaint and what comes after. It is a general template. It is not legal advice.

If the Issue Is a Provider

Providers in our network are independent businesses. Each one is responsible for its own estimates, prices, products, work and customer service.

If you have a problem with work in your home, first raise it with the provider. Keep a written record of what you said and what they replied.

Please still tell us. Feedback helps us keep our network honest. Providers who repeatedly fall short of our expectations may be removed.

Keep in mind that Brooklynoregon Pest Control cannot settle contract disputes, issue refunds for a provider's work, or decide things for a provider.

If your concern is about how a pesticide was applied, you may also contact the agency that regulates pest control in California.

Steps to File

1. Email contact@brooklynoregon.garden. 2. Give your name and how to reach you. 3. Give the date you contacted us or the provider. 4. Add the phone number you called or the form you used, if you remember. 5. Add the provider's name, if you know it. 6. Describe what happened and what outcome you want.

After You Send It

First, we confirm receipt by email, usually within a few business days. Next, we look into the matter. This may include contacting the provider. Then we reply with what we found and any steps we are taking.

Still Not Happy?

If our reply does not satisfy you, answer it and ask us to look again. You may also contact your state consumer protection office or attorney general. Your local Better Business Bureau is another option.
